Description
Create your wands, and be the master of the design from A to Z. Craftsmanship allows us this great freedom of manufacture, so it's up to you:
– 9 types of handles to choose from: rattan (flexible), wood (rigid) or fiberglass (mixed) – in sets of 4, pairs of 2 or individually.
– 14 versatile models between the vibraphone and the marimba: from the Concert range, from the hardest V1s to the softest V10s, including the famous V3s. The even models (V2, V4H, V4, V6, V8, etc.) have a felt underlay, which gives them a double-sound effect and a slightly wider head for a harmonious sound.
– 13 colors of wool: the core is surrounded by very strong thread that will form the envelope of the head. With an exclusive phosphorescent thread to surprise your audience!
– 13 edging colours: sewing 2 circles of thread (top and bottom) in a sturdy backstitch, which tightens the surface layer and adds an aesthetic touch of another colour.
– 3 different thicknesses of wool: the core is normally surrounded by 5 layers of yarn. It is possible to reduce to 4 for a drier and “rubbery” sound, and conversely to 6 in order to further isolate the core and ensure more softness in the impact.
– 14 sleeve lengths: from 350mm to 415mm depending on your preference. The standard and versatile size remains 400mm.
– 3 rattan diameters: thin, normal or thick, depending on how it feels in your hand.
Miscellaneous questions:
– How many different possibilities are there in total? 2!
– What will the model be called? This will depend on the core chosen. For example, for a V2 hard hardness, the name will be V2 custom.
– How can I choose if I don’t know anything about it? Very simple, leave the default criteria, and select only the colors.
– How long does the phosphorescent thread last? After charging properly, the light is restored for about 30 minutes in complete darkness.
– How do I get a set of 4 sticks with the same sound but 4 different colors? To do this, you need to create 4 different units, making sure to select the same core hardness. The 4 handles will be perfectly balanced between them.
– What is the manufacturing time? It will take me about 3-4 days before shipping.

MANUFACTURING
Each wand is made entirely by hand in the Vibrawell workshop, located in Beaufortain (Savoie).
I use high quality natural materials, the sleeves are carefully balanced and the heads patiently hand sewn.
The wands are designed to last at least 10 years.
