GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS

GENERAL

All orders imply that the purchaser accept the present terms.

PRICES

Prices are posted including tax and not inclusive of onward freighting, which is at the purchaser’s expense.

Our prices are subject to change without prior notice. Only those in line with current prices on the day of ordering are applicable.

DELIVERY

Depending on the availability of models ordered, parcels are generally shipped 1 to 10 days after receipt of payment.

All our shipments are carried out by La Poste using Colissimo with tracking (in continental France) not requiring a signature and Colissimo Expert International requiring a signature for other countries.

A tracking link is provided within the shortest time, making it possible to trace your delivery online.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postal costs.

Shipping costs to all destinations are automatically calculated before final order confirmation.

RETURNS

All product returns are subjected to formal agreement between the seller and purchaser.

All returns must be sent all inclusive of charge and obligatorily with the original packing.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check goods thoroughly, to notify any possible reservations upon arrival of the goods and to make any necessary claims against the carrier within the regulatory timeframe.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment for purchases from our website is made at the time of ordering by

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

The goods will remain our property until the total invoiced price has been settled.

PRESCRIPTION OF COMPETENT COURT

In the event of conflict, the commercial court of Epinal will be the sole competent court, no matter where delivery is made or the mode of payment accepted and even in the event of third party appeals or multiple respondents.
